DIRECTIONS: Place the inhaler at the base of your nostril and take up to five deep breaths in each nostril.

Directions

Insert inhaler gently into the base of the nostril, hold the other nostril closed, inhale deeply. Repeat in the other nostril. Refer to website for products safety and advice.
